SMOC has been a member of the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative since the initiative was started in 1996. SMOC is a recipient of the Collaborative Seal of Approval, qualifying the agency as a Homebuyer Counseling Agency. SMOC has been a DHCD regional Section 8 Rental Assistance Provider for 27 years, an affordable housing provider for 32 years, and a homelessness prevention and housing search provider for 22 years.

Classes are virtual via zoom. Participants must attend all three sessions which add up to 9 hours of class in order to obtain a certificate.
