Program Requirements

To be eligible for a MassHousing Mortgage with Down Payment Assistance, you must:

  • Meet income limits, which vary by city and town, household size and program
  • Purchase a single-family home, condominium or 2-, 3- or 4-family property
  • Use the home as your primary residence
