Larkwood Condominium's Phase 3

Larkwood is a new development located at 643 Church Street in Raynham, MA. This is a lottery for the next eight (8) affordable units at Larkwood. This community will eventually consist of thirty-eight (38) affordable units. The 8 units made available in this lottery will come in two different homes styles and will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. Each home has over 1,800 square feet, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and includes parking. The affordable homes are expected to be ready starting in the Summer of 2026.
