Homes will be sold to qualified first-time homebuyers through a lottery process. Interested first-time buyers must apply to the Neighborhood Homes Initiative. The deadline for lottery applications is June 25, 2025 by 5PM. 

Condos are sold by lottery. Only qualified applicants may enter.
