Southgate Condominiums is a community of 42 units built in 2008. Eleven of the units are affordable and restricted to buyers earning 80% or less of the area median income (AMI). The Southgate Condominiums community is tucked into a serene, wooded enclave just minutes from commuter routes, shopping and recreation in Westford.
