Blume on the Ave - ADA Units FOR SALE - First Come, First, Serve Opportunity

At this time, there are 3 units built out for people with mobility (3) and hard-of-hearing disabilities (3) available for sale on a first-come, first-served basis. We did not receive applicants through the lottery, and the unit details are below:

DVM Housing Partners is working with the City of Boston and MassHousing to develop limited-equity homeownership opportunities in the Mattapan/Dorchester community known as Blume on the Ave. Blume on the Ave provides thirty (30) affordable homeownership condominium units across three (3) buildings along the Lower Blue Hill Avenue corridor.

Blume on the Ave is creating equity for homeowners AND local business owners.
