A private developer, Perry Phillips Woods, LLC and officials of the Town of Duxbury have collaborated to provide this affordable housing opportunity in Duxbury, MA. The development is in accordance with the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities’ Local Initiative Program, Local Action Units (“LIP-LAU”).
