The lottery drawing consists of a blind selection, from a randomizer with individual entries bearing applicant identification numbers. The order in which your number is drawn determines your ranking. If the unit has more than one-bedroom, the drawing order will be adjusted for an appropriate sized household after the lottery drawing.
  2. Information provided in this Application will be treated as confidential.
  3. Applications will be accepted from March 11, 2026- March 24, 2026 at 5:00 pm or until such time as the unit has an accepted offer to an affordable household.
  4. You must fill out the application document completely and provide it along with a pre-approval letter from a qualified lender to LDS Consulting Group, LLC. If you would like to upload your application safely and securely online, LDS will be happy to send you a link.

If you are mailing your application the application needs to be in LDS’s Office on or before the date of the application period closing.  We strongly suggest you send your application either certified mail or priority with a tracking number. You will be able to track the package as it is taking longer for mail to be received. Mailed applications, received after the application period deadline will not be included in the lottery.

  6. If you have intentionally falsified information, your application will be rejected.
  7. Your household can only file one application, and no household member can appear on more than one application.
  8. Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be edited or changed.
  9. Applications will be reviewed as quickly as possible in the order in which they were received after the application deadline. You will be notified by e-mail of receipt of your application, - and your eligibility for the lottery. All applicants will be given a 48 hour appeal period if they think the finding is in error. No additional documentation will be accepted after the lottery application period closes.
  10. After you submit your application to LDS: Please begin collecting all documents on the Application Checklist below. Please have all documents ready by the date of the application deadline, located on the first page of the application.
  11. If you are the first randomly selected applicant, you will be contacted and required to submit all applicable documents on the Application Checklist within 24 hours.
    1. If all income and asset documents are received and you are eligible, you will be provided with the first opportunity to move forward with purchase. Other applications will be maintained on a waiting list.
    2. If a selected applicant does not submit all the required income and asset verification documents within 24 hours of being notified, LDS will move on to the next applicant in line from the lottery. There will be no extensions, so please have all documents ready.
  12. The submission of all necessary application material does not guarantee your approval for a home.
  13. Questions can be sent to: info@ldsconsultinggroup.com or contact 781-943-3963
  14. Once a winner is chosen and approved, LDS will arrange a viewing of the unit and prepare an offer form. A $500 deposit will be collected at offer and $1,000 at the Purchase and Sale agreement.  The deposit will be credited to the buyer at closing.
