The lottery drawing consists of a blind selection, from a randomizer with individual entries bearing applicant identification numbers. The order in which your number is drawn determines your ranking. Applications will be reviewed as quickly as possible in the order in which they were received after the application deadline. You will be notified by e-mail of receipt of your application, - and your eligibility for the lottery. All applicants will be given a 48 hour appeal period if they think the finding is in error. No additional documentation will be accepted after the lottery application period closes.
  10. After you submit your application to LDS: Please begin collecting all documents on the Application Checklist below. Please have all documents ready by the date of the application deadline, located on the first page of the application.

  12. The submission of all necessary application material does not guarantee your approval for a home.
  13. Questions can be sent to: info@ldsconsultinggroup.com or contact 781-943-3963
  14. Once a winner is chosen and approved, LDS will arrange a viewing of the unit and prepare an offer form. A $500 deposit will be collected at offer and $1,000 at the Purchase and Sale agreement.  The deposit will be credited to the buyer at closing.
