The Amesbury Riverwalk, Amesbury's rail trail and bike path, is a 5-minute walk from The Residences at 75 Main Street. This path connects the Lower Millyard in downtown Amesbury to Carriagetown Marketplace (Stop & Shop). The mixed-use elevator building has retail spaces on the ground floor accessed via Main Street. The upper three floors contain residential units accessed via the parking lot off of Hanley Court. The unit for sale is on the first residential floor

We strongly suggest you send your application either certified mail or priority with a tracking number. You will be able to track the package as it is taking longer for mail to be received. Mailed applications, received after the application period deadline will not be included in the lottery.
