The Winsor at Millbrook Village Condominiums

The Winsor at Millbrook Village Condominium is a new construction luxury townhome community located in Duxbury. This community will eventually consist of twelve (12) condominiums. Three (3) of the homes will be income-restricted and, as part of this lottery process, sold at an affordable price to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. All homes feature an entry area, quartz kitchen countertops, an outdoor patio or deck, and one parking space in garage with additional surface parking. The property’s location offers access to top-rated schools, Duxbury Village shopping, dining, local beaches, and proximity to Route 3. The condominiums are expected to be ready starting in the Summer of 2026 and will continue to be built over the next several months.
