The homes will be situated on 6.71 acres of land.  The placement of the homes in a friendly village setting will create a neighborhood setting onto itself.  The homes will be sold as follows:

• Five (5) 3-Bedroom Single-family homes will be sold at the initial sales price of $279,000, with a monthly HOA fee of $50.
• One (1) 4-Bedroom Single-family home will be sold at the initial sales price of $301,900, with a monthly HOA fee of $50.
