    Quincy Community Action Programs (QCAP) is pleased to host an IN PERSON workshop designed for first time home buyers.

    QCAP's *IN PERSON* First Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held in two sessions: Thursday, March 5th from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM AND Saturday, March 7th  from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM. The cost is $30 per person. This workshop will take place at Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc., 1509 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02169, 4th Floor Conference Room. Attendees MUST attend the entirety of both classes in order to receive a certificate of attendance.

    Pre-registration is required. Please do not register if you are not certain you can attend BOTH classes. The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Should you have any questions, please contact Susan Keenan at skeenan@qcap.org or 617-657-5313.

    Upon completion of registration and payment, you will receive an email with a link to fill out our mandatory First Time Home Buyer Intake Form.

    This monthly workshop focuses on all aspects of the home buying process including information about various government loans and will have speakers including a mortgage lender, real estate broker, real estate attorney, home inspector, and home insurance agent. This course is geared towards the purchase of an existing single family home (including condos and townhouses). Multi-family home purchases may require additional instruction based on lender requirements.
