    Results in MA Homeownership Collaborative Certificate for First Time Homebuyer Programs?
    Yes

    Our First Time Homebuyer Workshops provide two key benefits for potential homebuyers:

    1. Valuable information about the homebuying process from start to finish and resources to help you on your homebuying journey.
    2. A certificate upon completion which qualifies participants for preferred mortgage products.

    Classes are held from 5-9:30 PM over two consecutive nights. Classes are in-person at the HRA office at 241 Millers Falls Road, Turners Falls, MA 01376.

    This class is $75. This non-refundable fee covers two individuals from the same household. Participants of the Section 8 FSS program may have this fee waived. Please contact Emmalyn Hicks or Tana Bloom for more information.

    Complimentary pizza and beverages will be served, along with salad and snacks. Unfortunately, we cannot take special orders. If you have any dietary restrictions, you are welcome to bring your own food. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

    The deadline to sign up for each class is 3pm on the day before the first class in the series.
