    Results in MA Homeownership Collaborative Certificate for First Time Homebuyer Programs?

    ACDC is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency. We offer home buying services through group workshops and one-on-one counseling in English and Chinese. Our classes and services are open to everyone, regardless of race, income, or background.

    Our First Time Homebuyer  Workshops are provided online over Saturdays and Sundays on a monthly basic.  Complete our 9-hour workshop and receive a certificate (valid for 2 years) to become eligible for affordable housing lotteries; and discounted mortgage products, such as MassHousing mortgages, MHP ONE mortgages, HUD mortgages,  and lender first time homebuyer mortgages. The certificate is accepted statewide for first time homebuyer education.

    The workshop will cover the topics of:

    1. Process of Buying a Home
    2. Building Credit & Budgeting
    3. Mortgage
    4. Realty
    5. Home Inspection
    6. Home Insurance
    7. Legal aspects
    8. And more

    Fees are non-refundable and due upon registration. For rescheduling, attendees must give at least 48 hours notice.
