    This date reflects a Two-Day Comprehensive Class:

    This is a two-day required training. One session will be IN PERSON, and the second session will be ON ZOOM.

    The 2-day workshop is $60 per person or household (up to two people).

    Full attendance at both sessions is required.

     

    We offer three education models to meet participants schedules & learning type.

    1. Two-Day Comprehensive Class – A full, instructor-led workshop delivered over two sessions.
    2. Hybrid Model – Self-paced online learning paired with a required live group class (Zoom or In Person).
    3. Online Only – Complete a homebuyer education course fully online at your own pace via our e*Home America portal.

    All education models include a required one-on-one session with a HUD Certified Housing Counselor.
