    Saturday December 19th & Monday December 21st First Time Homebuyer 2 DAY Course

    This is a two day required training.

    Day One:
    Saturday December 19th 2026 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
    In person in Brockton, MA

    Day Two:
    Monday, December 21, 2026 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM
    Live on Zoom

    Full, uninterrupted attendance is required for both sessions to be considered complete. If you miss any portion of either session, you will need to register, pay, and begin again. In addition, all participants must complete a required one on one HUD certified housing counseling session after the training in order to be considered fully educated.

    We offer three education models to meet participants schedules & learning type.

    1. Two-Day Comprehensive Class – A full, instructor-led workshop delivered over two sessions.
    2. Hybrid Model – Self-paced online learning paired with a required live group class (Zoom or In Person).
    3. Online Only – Complete a homebuyer education course fully online at your own pace via our e*Home America portal.

    All education models include a required one-on-one session with a HUD Certified Housing Counselor.
