The application is available on Acre Crossing Residences – Merrimack Valley Housing Partnership (mvhp.org). You may request for our office to email or mail you an application by emailing acrecrossing@mvhp.org or calling 978-459-8490 or visit the office at 67 Middle St Suite 500 Lowell, MA 01852, and pick up a copy of the application.
The application period to enter the lottery has ended, but you can still apply to our active waitlist. To be added to our waitlist you will need to submit a complete application package this includes the completed and signed application, the preapproval letter, and a HUD-accredited first-time homebuyer certificate. You can submit an application via email at acrecrossing@mvhp.org, you can drop off your completed application at 67 Middle St Suite 500 Lowell, MA 01852 or you can send in the application via USPS mail to 67 Middle St Suite 500 Lowell, MA 01852.
